Technologically, this is impeccable. Originally approved by both space programmes and field scientists as offering a highly efficient method of training. Back in the 1960s, it was used by the Russian Space Program for training astronauts to strengthen muscles and bones whilst being in space for long periods of time. There is very little you have to do. Once you have decided which muscle group you wish to target. Simply position yourself and set the plate to vibrate for up to a minute. Different amounts of time will offer different results.
Vibration Technology works in a variety of ways - conventional exercise uses 40-60% of the muscle fibres in the body, the Vibration Trainer uses 95-97%. It brings into use those muscles not normally used like the spinal and pelvic muscles. We all have natural reflexes like blinking and Vibration Trainer induces those reflexes, better known as tonic vibration flex, to a greater extent throughout the whole body. So the individual muscles can contract and relax up to 50 times per second - not something we would naturally be able to induce with traditional forms of exercise. The Vibration Trainer generates the same amount of intensity as traditional exercise in a much shorter time and without the effort.
So dont worry about being too busy to fit in the trip to the gym, the Vibration Trainer is an excellent home exercise and even three times a week with give you great results. |
